Cuando se trate de actos o contratos que por ley deban celebrarse por escritura pública, salvo el caso de exención del impuesto, éste solo podrá pagarse en la forma indicada en el ordinal a) del artículo anterior. Las fotocopias de escrituras públicas, que expidan los Notarios y Registradores de Instrumentos Públicos y Privados, deberán llevar estampillas de timbre nacional por valor de seis pesos ($ 6.00) en cada hoja para pagar el impuesto.
