Destinase la suma de sesenta mil pesos ($ 60.000) para la construcción de un carreteable de penetración a la Colonia de Guamuez, aprovechando el que actualmente construye el Municipio de Córdoba, y un ramal que partirá del Municipio de Puerres, en la Provincia de Obando. Inclúyese en esta obra la construcción de un puente sobre el rio Carchi, en el sitio Doña Ignacia.
