Art. 4.° Queda reformado en estos términos el artículo 18 del decreto ejecutivo de 21 de noviembre de 1861, reservándose, sin embargo, el gobierno, el aumentar ocasionalmente las asignaciones aquí fijadas, segun las circunstancias de cada hospital, i cuando el número de sus enfermos oscilare de ordinario entre 50 i 60.
