º Suspéndese, a partir del jueves 13 y hasta el miércoles 19 de abril de 1972, incluidas estas dos fechas, la transmisión de conferencias, discursos y comentarios de carácter político por medio de emisoras, televisión y altoparlantes, con excepción de las informaciones estrictamente electorales.

Parágrafo

Sin embargo, hasta el día sábado 15 de abril inclusive, podrán transmitirse por la radio cuñas grabadas, de duración máxima de un minuto, en las cuales se invite a votar por determinados partidos, sectores, grupos o candidatos a corporaciones públicas.
