º Reuniones del Comité Consultivo. El Comité Consultivo se reunirá por solicitud del Superintendente de Valores y para tratar los temas incluidos en la convocatoria respectiva. El Comité podrá deliberar y presentar recomendaciones con cualquier número plural de miembros presentes en la respectiva reunión. El Superintendente de Valores deberá convocar al Comité Consultivo por lo menos una vez en cada trimestre calendario. La primera reunión deberá realizarse antes del 31 de diciembre de 1992.
