Seguridad y presencia policial y logística . El aficionado tiene derecho a la seguridad dentro y fuera de los estadios y demás lugares de realización de los partidos. Los aficionados tienen derecho a que dicha seguridad se garantice con la presencia de la Policía Nacional y la logística dentro del escenario deportivo, a cargo del organizador, quienes deben disponer de personal capacitado y debidamente identificado.
