Composición . La Fiscalía General de la Nación para el ejercicio de la acción penal estará integrada por el Fiscal General de la Nación, el Vicefiscal, los fiscales y los funcionarios que él designe y estén previstos en el estatuto orgánico de la institución para esos efectos.
