El control fiscal de las Asociaciones formadas por Municipios de un mismo Departamento corresponderá a la Contraloría Departamental, a menos que la Asociación organice su propia Contraloría. Si los Municipios pertenecen a varios Departamentos, la asamblea general de la Asociación establecerá su propio sistema de control fiscal.
