La subvención aquí reconocida se incluirá en terceras partes en las apropiaciones nacionales correspondientes a las vigencias de 1936, 1937 y 1938 y como consecuencia de las apropiaciones y pagos que se verifiquen, la Nación quedará exonerada de cubrir la subvención decretada por el articulo 6º. de la Ley 12 de 1926 en las vigencias mencionadas.
