° Formado el censo de que trata el artículo 4° del presente Decreto, la respectiva junta, previo estudio de los datos e informaciones que haya allegado, procederá a determinar si los reclamantes tienen derecho al auxilio, y en caso afirmativo fijará su cuantía.
