Ingreso a la capacidad transportadora . Cuando la empresa solicite el ingreso de una nueva unidad a la capacidad transportadora de la empresa, deberá presentar un nuevo plan de rodamiento con todo su equipo, demostrando la necesidad del ingreso de la(s) unidad(es) correspondiente(s), el funcionario competente expedirá la autorización de ingreso, con fundamento en el contrato de servicio y en el plan de rodamiento presentado.
