El desmovilizado o reincorporado que voluntariamente desee hacer un aporte eficaz a la justicia o a la Fuerza Pública entregando información conducente a evitar o esclarecer delitos, recibirá del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, una vez haya sido certificado por el Comité Operativo para la Dejación de las Armas, CODA, una bonificación económica acorde al resultado, conforme al procedimiento que expida este Ministerio.
