El órden de preferencia será : 1.° el menor precio a que se afrezcan los documentos ; 2.° la menor cantidad propuesta ; i 3.° el orden numérico con que estén marcadas, a cuyo efecto el Tesorero jeneral a medida que le vayan siendo presentadas, las rejistrará en el libro de dilijencias que debe llevarse, i la marcará con el número que corresponda a cada una.
