° Los terrenos alinderados en el artículo 19 del presente Decreto, y que no tuvieren aplicación especial conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, sólo podrán ser ocupados por colonos cultivadores, en parcelas hasta de setenta y cinco (75) hectáreas, en los lugares señalados previamente por la Dirección de la Colonia, mediante un plan de parcelación y colonización aprobado por el Ministerio de Industrias y Trabajo.
