Al entrar a regir esta Ley quedara aumentado en tres Magistrados el personal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, los cuales formaran la Sala de Casación en materia criminal, a la que se adscribe el conocimiento de los negocios criminales de que actualmente conoce la Sala de Negocios Generales. Esta nueva Sala tendrá un personal subterráneo igual al de la Sala de Negocios Generales y las mismas asignaciones de estos.
