º. Para que las entidades públicas Nacionales pueden participar en la sociedad a que se refiere el artículo 2º del presente Decreto, con la asociación de autoridades tradicionales indígenas Wayú esta deberá en contrarse organizada de conformidad con el Decreto número 1088 de 1993 y comprender todas las autoridades tradicionales indígenas del territorio con que se ubican las salinas de Manaure.
