Bonos agrarios. Se autoriza al Gobierno Nacional para emitir bonos agrarios de largo plazo redimibles en diez (10) años, con el fin de ejercer la opción de compra de los predios rurales que reciban las entidades financieras a título de dación de pago y para efectos de pagar el valor de los bienes cuyo proceso de expropiación por vía administrativa adelante el Incora para impulsar proyectos de reforma agraria.
