La entrega de las encomiendas postales y paquetes recomendados que deben hacer las Oficinas de Correos a las Secciones de Encomiendas de las Aduanas y Administraciones de Hacienda, se efectuará en los locales de éstas. Aquéllas proveerán lo conducente a los transportes entre las Oficinas de Correos y las Secciones de Encomiendas.
