El Fondo será administrado par el Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje SENA con la asesoría de la Cámara Colombiana de la ConstrucciónCAMACOL,y se destinara a atender los programas y modos de Formación Profesional desarrollándose por el SENA, que guardan relación con los diferentes oficios de la Industria de la Construcción.
