Vedas. Para el manejo forestal de especies de la flora silvestre y de los productos forestales no maderables cuyo aprovechamiento, movilización o comercialización se encuentre en veda, la autoridad ambiental competente determinará las condiciones para su otorgamiento e impondrá en el respectivo acto administrativo las medidas que garanticen la conservación de dicha (s) especie (s).
