El Comité Organizador, de consuno con el Instituto Colombiano de la Juventud y el Deporte, recomendará la reestructuración de la Junta Administradora de Deportes del Magdalena, para su funcionamiento Administrativo, teniendo en cuenta los siguientes Departamentos:

Administrativo;

Ingeniería y Obras;

Técnico-Deportivos;

Comisión Preparatoria de la Delegación Deportiva Colombiana.

Departamento Médico.

Comisión Cultural con Subcomité de Recepción, Turismo, Divulgación, Guías Scouts, etc.
