Control y Asesoría. Corresponde a las respectivas entidades territoriales ejercer el control interno de los Fondos de Servicios Educativos. Igualmente, las entidades territoriales deberán ejercer la asesoría financiera, presupuestal y contable de las Instituciones Educativas Estatales, de acuerdo con las normas vigentes. Las entidades territoriales deberán registrar en su contabilidad los movimientos financieros de los Fondos de Servicios Educativos, de acuerdo con las disposiciones vigentes que regulan la materia.
