Ley 69 de 1928 · Por la cual se dictan algunas disposiciones sobre defensa social

Conforme a lo dispuesto en el Artículo 42 de la Constitución Nacional, ninguna empresa editorial de periódicos podrá, sin permiso del Gobierno, recibir subvención alguna de otros Gobiernos ni de compañías extranjeras.

La infracción a lo dispuesto en este Artículo será castigada con la pena de dos meses a un año de arresto que impondrá el Juez de Prensa y Orden Público mediante el procedimiento fijado en el artículo 4º de esta ley.
