Artículo primero. El Ministerio de Obras Públicas hará entrega real y material de la propiedad conocida con el nombre de "Casa del Limpiabotas de Bogotá" a los representantes legales de los tres Sindicatos mencionados en los considerandos de este Decreto y que forman el gremio de Limpiabotas de Bogotá.
