Para fomentar el desarrollo y mejoramiento de la agricultura, y para ser distribuida en los establecimientos educacionistas del país, se facultad al Gobierno Nacional para adquirir hasta veinte mil ejemplares de la "Cartilla de Agricultura Colombia" el señor Hugo Sanín Herrán.

Parágrafo

Autorizase al Gobierno Nacional para contratar con el señor Hugo Sanín Herrán, autor de la obra en referencia, la edición de que tarta el artículo anterior.
