El Ministerio del Medio Ambiente mediante resolución establecerá la forma y requisitos como han de presentarse a su consideración, las solicitudes de calificación de que tratan los artículos 424-5 numeral 4º y 428 literal f) del Estatuto Tributario, con miras a obtener la exclusión de Impuesto sobre las ventas correspondiente.
