°. Incremento de salario por antigüedad. A partir del 1 de enero de 1998 el incremento de salario por antigüedad que vienen percibiendo algunos funcionarios a quienes se les aplica este decreto, en virtud de lo dispuesto en los Decretos Extraordinarios 721 y 897 de 1978 y 61 de 1997, se reajustará en un diez y seis por ciento (16%). Si al aplicar el porcentaje de que trata el presente artículo, resultaren centavos, se aproximarán al peso siguiente.
