Abrese a la Ley de apropiaciones de la VIGENCIA FISCAL DE 1.° DE ENERO A 31de diciembre de 1924, el siguiente crédito adicional: MINISTRO DE OBRAS PUBLICAS CAPITULO 68 Auxilios, subvenciones y gastos de fomento. Artículo 704. Para pagar al señor José Nieto el valor de las cuotas que le corresponden al tenor del contrato de fecha 22 de diciembre de 1922, aprobado por la Ley 43 de 1923, sobre navegación de los ríos Humea, Meta y Casanare, veinte mil pesos $ 20.000.
