A.4.2. De la clasificación de los AEE. El Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible definirá una lista indicativa de AEE, para efectos de la gestión de sus residuos, por categorías y subcategorías, para lo cual tendrá en cuenta, entre otros aspectos, el Sistema Armonizado de Designación y Codificación de Mercancías (SA) vigente para los AEE importados y la Clasificación Central de Productos (CPC) vigente para los AEE fabricados en el país.
