º Adiciónase el artículo 2.1.2.2.2 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero con el siguiente

Parágrafo 3

El Gobierno Nacional podrá definir los activos de mediano y largo plazo que computarán para los efectos de la determinación del coeficiente de definición de que trata el presente artículo".
