° Quien se respalde con la Credencial de Expendedor de Drogas para ejercer la farmacia o la medicina, incurre en ejercicio ilegal de estas profesiones y la credencial le será cancelada de conformidad con lo previsto por el Decreto 1950 de 1964, sin perjuicio de la responsabilidad civil, penal o de otro orden que le corresponda.
