Artículo transitorio . Las entidades vigiladas deberán designar el defensor del cliente en los términos del presente decreto, a más tardar el 30 de abril de 2003, e iniciará sus funciones a más tardar el 1º de junio de 2003. Hasta esa fecha, el cliente o usuario podrá presentar su queja individual ante la Superintendencia Bancaria sin que sea requisito de procedibilidad el pronunciamiento previo por parte del defensor del cliente.
