El juez, en el auto que decrete la práctica de la prueba pericial, formulará los cuestionarios que hayan de ser absueltos por el perito. Antes de practicarse la prueba pericial, también propondrá el juez al perito los cuestionarios que con el mismo fin hayan presentado las partes y que el juez considere conducentes.
