Excepciones al Derecho fundamental de acceso a la información pública. Los sujetos obligados garantizarán la eficacia del ejercicio del derecho fundamental de acceso a la información pública, sin perjuicio de su facultad de restringirlo en los casos autorizados por la Constitución o la ley, y conforme a lo previsto en los artículos 18 y 19 la Ley 1712 de 2014, en consonancia con las definiciones previstas en los literales c) y d) del artículo 6°, de la misma.
