Si el concepto de la Comisión Revisora no fuere objetado dentro del término previsto, o si habiéndolo sido, la Comisión Revisora mantuviere su concepto, se negará el registro solicitado, lo cual se hará por medio de resolución y se archivará al expediente. Si la Comisión Revisora modificare su concepto en sentido favorable al solicitante y se cumplieren lo demás requisitos del presente decreto se otorgará el registro.
