El Gobierno, si así lo prefiere, podrá celebrar contratos con el Departamento del Magdalena, para los estudios y construcción de los puentes de que trata el artículo anterior, en cuyo caso la Nación reembolsará al Departamento del Magdalena las sumas que invierta en la ejecución de los trabajos, conforme a la especificaciones que establezca el ministerio de Obras Públicas.
