Objetivos específicos del marco de atención humanitaria al confinamiento. El marco de atención humanitaria al confinamiento tiene como objetivos específicos:

Establecer las instancias para garantizar la articulación efectiva entre las entidades nacionales y territoriales para la respuesta integral al confinamiento y el seguimiento a las acciones implementadas.

Articular y coordinar las acciones de las entidades del Sistema Nacional de Atención y Reparación Integral a las Víctimas (SNARIV) para garantizar la prevención urgente, la atención y asistencia oportuna, pertinente, eficaz e integral de las poblaciones o comunidades afectadas por el confinamiento.

Activar la intervención institucional para promover el acceso humanitario.

Propender por el restablecimiento de las condiciones de orden público.
