Comité de inversiones. Será aplicable a los fondos de capital privado el artículo 56 del presente decreto. No obstante, de conformidad con lo previsto en el inciso 2° del artículo 93 de este decreto, si se ha contratado un gestor profesional, corresponderá a este la elección de los miembros del Comité de Inversiones. En tal caso, dichos miembros no tendrán la calidad de administradores de la sociedad administradora.
