Para el fiel cumplimiento de esta Ley, hacense las siguientes destinaciones:

Doscientos mil pesos ($ 200.000) para la construcción del edificio y para dotación y equipo de la Escuela, suma que será incluida en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia;

Cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50.000) anuales para el sostenimiento de cincuenta (50) becas, las cuales serán adjudicadas por el Gobierno Nacional mediante reglamentación posterior, una vez que funcione la Escuela y teniendo en cuenta lo estatuido en el parágrafo 1º. del Artículo 1º.; y

La cantidad anual necesaria para el funcionamiento normal del establecimiento.
