Los documentos sobre prenda agraria o industrial, se presentaran al registro en dos ejemplares del mismo tenor: uno que será devuelto al interesado al concluir el proceso de la inscripción y otro con destino al archivo pertinente. En caso de que se quiera obtener la radicación provisional inmediata, el mensaje telegráfico será dirigido al registrador por las partes interesadas en el contrato respectivo.
