Una vez elegido el Presidente, ocupará el lugar que le corresponda, y puesto de pies, prestará el juramento legal. En seguida, el Presidente exigirá el mismo juramento a los demás Consejeros presentes. Cuando por primera vez ocupe cualquier Consejero su curul, el Presidente le recibirá el juramento reglamentario.
