Todos los empleados y trabajadores de la Empresa serán de libre nombramiento y remoción del Gerente, a excepción del Tesorero, que será nombrado por la Junta Directiva; pero el nombramiento del personal superior de la Empresa estará sometido a la aprobación de la Junta.
