Objeto. El presente Decreto Legislativo tiene por objeto regular, extraordinaria y temporalmente, la terminación unilateral de los contratos de arrendamiento de local comercial por parte de los arrendatarios, en el marco de la emergencia sanitaria declarada por medio de la Resolución 385 del 12 de marzo de 2020 del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, prorrogada por medio de la Resolución 844 del 26 de mayo de 2020 de la misma entidad.
