Artículo tercero. El Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje SENA, Como administrador del fondo, queda facultado para establecer los procedimientos necesarios relacionados con la liquidación, recaudo y control de los valores correspondientes al FIC , así como también para regular la administración, funcionamiento y destinación específica del mismo.
