Derechos de explotación . Conforme a lo dispuesto en el inciso segundo de los artículos 7° y 49 de la Ley 643 de 2001, en aquellos casos en que la operación del juego de lotería se realice por intermedio de terceros, la entidad pública administradora del juego, percibirá a título de derechos de explotación, como mínimo, el diecisiete por ciento (17%) de los ingresos brutos de cada sorteo.
