Art. 3° La infracción a lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, hace incurrir al director del periódico que recibe la subvención en una multa igual, al doble de la cantidad recibida, sin perjuicio de la responsabilidad en que incurre el funcionario que otorgó indebidamente el auxilio.
