Informes e inspecciones . La Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, cuando lo considere necesario, podrá solicitar informes escritos sobre producción, existencias, ventas, distribución y márgenes de comercialización de cualquier clase de Artículo. Igualmente podrá practicar inspecciones sobre los libros y papeles de contabilidad de las personas naturales o jurídicas para los fines indicados en el presente Decreto.
