El tiempo de servicio en guerra internacional o conmoción interior desde la fecha en que se declare turbado el orden público hasta la expedición del Decreto por el cual se restablezca la normalidad, se computará como tiempo doble de servicio para efectos de asignaciones de retiro, pensiones e indemnizaciones por invalidez o por muerte, para auxilio de cesantía y prima de servicio.
