Art. 39. Los que falsificaren papel sellado ó estampillas de timbre nacional ó introdujeren dichas especies falsificadas ó contribuyeren á sabiendas á la introducción de ellas, ó las expendieren, sufrirán las penas detalladas en los artículos 177, 178 y 179 de la Ley 153 de 1887 .
