Las promesas de contrato y cartas de venta de fincas raíces ubicadas en Agua de Dios ó en otros lazaretos, otorgadas con anterioridad al Decreto legislativo número 38 de 1905, deben protocolizarse en la Notaría del lazareto respectivo é inscribirse luégo en la Oficina de Registro de instrumentos públicos, siempre que la tradición se haya hecho con justo título.
